Auction Signs Dot Hamilton RoaStrip

In the past 15 months, Richard Kruse has seen 152 housing units fall into receivership, bankruptcy or head for auction – not across Central Ohio, but along just one small strip of a suburban city thoroughfare.

The president of Gryphon Realty Advisors pins the location from 700 S. Hamilton Road north to the 200 block of that same street. While that’s a frightening pace of residences falling out of the hands of their owners, Kruse’s work in that nook of Whitehall isn’t done.
